Riverfront Everett is a proud participant in the Multi-Family Tax Exemption (MFTE) program, offering moderate income households that earn no more than 80% AMI reduced rent opportunities. The Washington State Multifamily Tax Exemption program launched in 1995 to help provide low to moderate income housing inventory in targeted areas, enabling individuals who qualify to reside in communities where they are employed.
